If you want them down, leave the hair on them. If the hair is left on them and they begin to stand you can glue her ears down (we use hair glue-like for extensions) and is safe/non-toxic. We use it on other breeds meant for the show ring. Otherwise, if you want them to stand, then you'd ask your groomer to take the weight of the hair off my shaving the tips of the ears (length shaven varies on personal preference) on the outside of the leather of the ear and sometimes if you've really got a fuz ball, then the inside of the leather too. The idea is that the more weight taken off the ears, the more inclined they are to stand as the breed standard calls for.
Up to you though, she's your pet.
