 Baby with Kennel Cough
My yorkie, Lexxie started coughing two days ago. I took her to the vet and they diagnosed her with Kennel Cough. The thing is, is her coughing seems to get worse when I pick her up or hold her. Have any of you experienced this? I have a little boy yorkie named Bailey who is only two days older than her. They play together all the time. The vet gave me antibiotics for both of them because they were pretty sure that he'd end up with it before long. Listening to Lexie cough is so tough. It just breaks my heart. She coughs so much and then throws up. I feel bad for her. I just wish there was some way I could help her. How do I know if it turns into pneumonia? Do the symptoms get worse or do they have to do a chest xray to find out? |
