when I talk in my high voice to Starsky he gets all excited and jumps all over my beagle Haggis. He bites at his ankles or bites on his tail. Why does he attack Haggis everytime I do this?? I feel sorry for Haggis. I comfort him and of course Starsky is jealous and does it even more plus adds a bark with it.
