What a great thread! I've been struggling with growing Ginger's hair out and looking for the right products. I'm not sure what kind of coat she has, she doesn't ever seem to mat, but her hair is fine and I think cottony. Anyway, I tried the CC products, and LOVED them the first time. But each time I like them less, AND then she started to mat. I don't know if it was the product or not, but a switched back to our old shampoo (puppy shampoo from Target) and the matting stopped.

I'd love to try the plush puppy, but am also interested in the Shea Butter products that you gave 5 stars. Where can I get those?
