Oh....got it. It IS possible whoever contacted her has dealt with the breeder personally maybe ? I don't know...but if I were in her shoes...I would take the good reviews and bad ones and make a decision from there.
That's too bad ..and maybe she'll change her mind and come back....Especially if she's getting a new puppy - what better place to show him/her off
