We have had a long-standing policy of not allowing "Goodbye" posts which speak negatively of YT or YT members. If a member wants to leave YorkieTalk, they are free to do so, or they can email us to disable their account. No one is forced to be on YT. There is no reason to post a thread bashing YT along with YT members in a "Goodbye" post. Other people have also tried to get attention or sympathy through such posts, and this is not what YT is all about.

There have been times when a "Goodbye" post is warranted and justified, such as if a member has lost a Yorkie and can't bear to come back onto YT because of that.

Also, we have not had any communication with alaskayorkie and his account is still active. He's not in trouble with us or anything of the sort...
