Some of you know but others don't. On Tuesday morning God called up my Reggie of 7 years.
She left is unexpectedly and left us with 5 baby girls to raise that were only 8 days old. She gave them a good head start. They are sucking from the bottle like little piggies. On March 12, Sissy, one of Reggie's daughters, gave birth to 2 but lost them both that day. She was so lost. I even tried to find someone in the area who might have new born yorkies to get a baby for her to care for, but no luck. Now her milk is dried up. However, her mother instincts have kicked in and she is watching over Reggie's babies as if they were her own. She can't feed them but she is comforting them and cleaning them. And what's so funny, she even growls at the other dogs if they get to close to the cage. Reggie was the best mommy ever, but Sissy sure is right up there! She deserves a big medal.
