Jacsmama - if you go to the General Forum you'll find an active thread from TXshopper about these scammers and be able to read one of their emails (they are all basically the same) that is written in broken English.
Since some of us have actively been trying to 'out' some of these scam artists I've been getting emails from puppyfind. In their defense they are aware of the problems and are trying hard to keep a reign on the known scammers. I can only imagine what a daunting task that must be and what a delicate balance they must have to maintain in order to weed out the bad while not offending the good.
