I spoke with the owner of the bad dog tonight. She seemed real nice which made it even harder to be mad. She is willing to pay for what might need to be done. There has been no improvement on Belle, she is still sleeping a lot, and when she is awake she wants to be with the babies. Tomorrow is the big day. I will post what happens tomorrow night.
