I had treats ready and kept putting my hand out and saying "shake". Then I would take her paw in my had and give her a treat. After a few minutes all I had to do was hold out my hand and say shake and tap her paw and she would lift it up then I gave her a treat. Then she did it all by herself. She's a smart one. LOL.
