Yes, I am a novice...
A lot of these reckless breeders sell "teacups" for thousands of dollars more. They are intentionally breeding tiny bitches 3-4 lbs to produce more tiny dogs. These "breeders" are ruining the breed that we have today. So many of these "teacups" are flooding the market and people that don't know what they are doing are breeding them...many have to have c-sections because their pelvic area are not wide enough for these pups to pass safely through.

"Teacup" breeders...the smaller they are, the more they charge. It has nothing to do with heritage but rather the size of the pup.
