 too young to leave mother
Hi everyone! I felt this was a good place to ask this question as most of you are breeders. I am thinking about buying a male yorkie from a hobby breeder. My question for you is, is 7 weeks old and only 1lb too young to leave it's mom? The woman said that he is eating and drinking on his own because his mom is all dried up, Myself not knowing much about this thinks that is entirely too small to be seperated from his mom. The pup is akc, all shots and worming. She did not mention a health quarentee, but she was originally asking $800 but she said she would let him go for $650. I saw pics of the pup and he is adorable, but I do not have a real good feeling about this. Any suggestions? Thanks meeshue |
