I let him sleep in the bed with me from day 1 that I brought him home, at 9 weeks old. He had a pee accident the first night, and never anything after that. I think most puppies (at least, all I have ever had) will let you know if they need to get up to use the bathroom - ear kisses or a little whimper or the like. They don't like to use the bathroom where they sleep, and Ness is 12.5 weeks old now and has no problem sleeping through the night. In fact, he is a little grumpy when I wake him up at 7:30 to use the potty pad...
