I am so sorry for your loss of Reggie. It's very hard not to do the I should've, would've, could've and wished I had, I completely understand. But that being said there is simply nothing you could have done differently it was meant to be. Perhaps God knew that it would be best to take Reggie now while you're mind is occupied with tiny babies. Take care and again I am so very sorry.
