WTH?!?!? Did they sit puppy on a shelf while they were looking at something else?!?!?  Did someone puppynap puppy from the cart?!?! And if puppy's sick WTH was it doing IN Target?!? Are these people even smart enough to own a dog???? Wonders no cease.....
