This week we put Caesar with an "in heat" female Yorkie. Needless to say all they wanted to do is play. He is a year and a half old now and should be ready to breed. This would have been both of their first times. This is the females second heat. They stayed together for several days and still did nothing....or should I say "nothing infront of us". Any ideas what when wrong??? What can I do to change this behavior for next time?
