Poor baby, I hope she is better soon. Does the bloody diarrhea have a strong foul smell to it? If so, could be a lite case of parvo. Parvo eats away at the lining of the intestines.
Don't let anybody fool you, having vaccination for Parvo does not always prevent it. Juice died from it, he was up-to date with all vaccinations.
