I thought of that too.... How effective are our birth control pills? 99.9%, right? Something like that. It's not 100%. And I trust those!!
This shot isn't too far off from that.
I'd still go for the castration. No hormone issues and no bits 'n pieces to worry about gettin' cancer.... Not that matters now anyway. I only have a female and IF I'd ever get a male, it would be for show/breeding purposes, and then he'd need all his parts anyway!
