I am sorry but there are some customs that shouldn't be upheld. In some countries there are alot of things they do that I don't agree with just as in other countries there are things we do that aren't agreed with. I am very open minded but there are just some things that I don't think are right. I also don't beleive that god put all animals on this earth for consumption. Yes he gave us cows, pigs, chickens, fish ect. all of us are part of the food chain..no where on there does it say humans eat dogs, cats, lions, tigers, monkeys ect..some countries beleive in eating monkeys..they put these tiny baby monkeys in a center of a table..it's alive then the people eating all have hammers and they all tap the monkey on the head til it slowly dies..you don't want a quick death because it makes the meat bad so they slowly kill the baby monkey by hitting it on the head with a small hammer..should i uphold this custom? I could tell you mmore customs that would make your stomache turn..should i uphold them all? right is right and wrong is wrong..
