I don't know where u live but if it's hot and your apartments have a pool, you can lay out in the sun. Sure you could meet some people there. If it's cold, I guess you can go shopping as someone here stated. That always works for me.Or take your furbaby for a walk,maybe you can meet other dog owners along the way....
