We had a "senior" toy poodle that we had to finally put down at the ripe age of 15. He had a host of problems but were all controlled by medication and most days he was a happy go-lucky pooch. He did have a stroke one day and it was full-fledged. It paralyzed him pretty much and that was the day we finally decided to let him go. Sounds like yours had something less major but it is still quite scary, isn't it? Hopefully they find that it's something that can be controlled with medication. I'll be thinking of you.
