Whenever we go out! Hair is up almost everyday! we have lazy days when mommy and the girls let the hair go... but if we have anything going on.... its on! We all get dressed and ready to go!
I can dress and do up two yorkies in 15 minutes! Thanks to Ice on Ice and two girls who hold perfectly still when I do their hair!! And don't fight when we dress! They know how good they look when we're done!
