My girls learned to go up before they learned to go down too! It is nothing that I taught them they just eventually started going down them on their own! I dont think that you really need to teach her bc it can be kind of dangerous! I always block off my stairs when Im not around so that they wont get hurt on them! Just give her time and she will get it eventually.
