if you're not counting a wage for the time and effort of care for the birthing and raising a litter of pups and only considering the cost of supplies and medical costs, then i might agree with that. but i'm sure even at $1500 a pup, it wouldn't begin to compensate a breeder for having to wake up and hand feed a pup every 90 mins or so because it's having problems feeding from its mother.

but the the site with the pups in question goes over the edge. i've no problems with breeders trying to make a profit, but to make a profit at the expense of the health and well being of a dog under her care... and gouging the public in the process... well... that gets a from me.
