Ok, k3teejay got everyone with her little April's Fool's Joke. Did anyone else get you? Or, did you get someone? Share your story here.
Megan got me. I was sick in bed and not thinking clearly. I got up to get a drink and she comes in to the room. First I should tell you that her best friend, Jessica had a birthday last week and we bought her a ticket to see The Phantom of the Opera on June 17th. I called her mother beforehand to see if there were any dates she couldn't go, then my sister and nephew want to go, so we had to coordinate all of this.
Anyway, Megan says "Mom, Jessica's cousin is getting married on June 17th and she can't go see Phantom. So I invited Emily to go" I was like NO! It's Jessica's present, why didn't her mother tell me about the wedding? I was freaking out. She starts to laugh and says April Fool! I was like, "Don't mess with my head today, please!" And I went back to bed. |
