I understand what your saying.
My lily did produce a pup which will be 3 - 3.5 lbs.
But he is a fluek, I breed standard. It just happened.
I question the Sire's at times, if they really are pure pure bred that tiny consistantly.
I know for a fact about some breeders do use other small dogs and say the Sire is a Yorkie?
All in all you have to find a reputable breeder, whom you can trust.
