Your little Yorkie is going to sleep most of the time when you first get her. And, when you do leave - don't advertise it... chances are she won't even know you're gone, if she doesn't see you go, and will just take a nap.
I think the hardest thing for little puppies when they first leave their mother and litter mates - is sleeping alone. Often, they are so lonesome they just cry all night. That's why so many of us let them sleep with us. I have slept with mine since the first night I brought him home... (except now that he's older, he occasionally sleeps someplace else - what a big boy!) Anyway, he never cried. He just snuggled up and slept his little heart away.
Good luck with your little pup. He'll be okay if you leave for a while occasionally. And, I think it is best to do this from the start for short periods of time rather than waiting until the pup is older.
