I am not saying I would ever do a huge funeral for a dog, much as I love my pups. Jasper and Angel reside under a tree in my back yard.

I don't even think huge people funerals are a good thing. All that money for something the person it is in honor of would never know about. I realize funerals are really something that provides closure for friends and family, but wouldn't the cash be better spent on a charity the deceased supported and just keep the cost of the actual funeral down? I think I have to chat with my loved ones about that!

But I do think pet funerals is an interesting retail venture. Takes all kinds to make a world!
