I am not sure how it is in England, but I flew from the US to Mexico and had Gabby right under my seat. We are planning to go back to the US this summer and we will do the same. They were very good about this as long as all the papers were in order and she was not taken out of the carrier for the entire trip. I would not allow Gabby to be put in cargo, because we hear alot of scary stories.
