I don't agree. I think he'll get used to Chicago. Loki is trained to go outside only even if it's 20 below. He's only out there for 15 seconds and I put a sweater or coat on him. Honestly, when there's snow on the ground I can't get him to come back in - he wants to play in the snow. It's really not too bad. Teaching him that it's only OK to urinate outside might help with the marking problem too.
