I followed his 30 minute advice and in 2days got approved for another home without having to sell our primary.
I couldn't believe it! I see now how the rich can become richer and get the writeoffs we all need.
Now when i get in the mode i shopping for houses online and set up deals to purchase what looks like a money maker.
I could have never made the same money working a 12hour job in 10 years.
