I am sorry to hear that this baby is still sick. There is one thing I can say with some certainty and that is that the pet shop most likely did NOT contact the BREEDER. They do not deal with breeders but with BROKERS. They have NO health history on the dogs they broker across the country so your friend really is starting from scratch.
I hope I am wrong about the origin of the puppy. The name of the breeder should be on the paperwork from the store. If so, your friend might try to contact the breeder himself.
BTW, does the name Hunte corp appear on the paperwork? Just curious..
