Did she take a stool sample with her to the vet? It could be whipworms, coccidia, giardia, colitis (increase fiber in diet) and the list goes on and on ---
Hope she gets well soon, puppy training is hard enough without loose stools. My vet let me give my adult Yorkie Immodium AD (1/2 tablet - she was 4 pounds), but it wasn't due to a bacterial infection, just a Cheese Nip. She might ask her vet about this or Pepto Bismal. |
