All puppies are biting machines at 3 months. It's the nature of the beast. As Carol Jean said, it will lessen in time anyway, but there are things you can do to hurry that time along.
Everytime pup goes for your fingers (or anything else inappropriate), I'd offer him an alternative to chew on. Over and over and over again. Have chew toys readily available in all rooms. If pup hurts you, squeal "OUCH", immediately break eye contact, stand up and turn your back for 30 seconds to a minute. Any longer and pup won't have any idea why you're ignoring her. After that time, all is forgiven. Repeat as needed.
She's a smart puppy. She'll figure it out soon!
