Her's has been up for about three weeks. I got her at 8 weeks because her mommy wouldn't nurse her any longer and was doing so well on her own. Her ears were trying to stand up but the ends were tipped down. I shaved all the hair from the front and back. Then I taped the ears for about two days, removed the tape for two days and then put the tape back on for two more days. I removed the tape and they remained up. Their ears tend to sag a little when they are teething and when the testicles come in on the little boys. My toby's ears were up when I got him at 8 weeks, but I think that his breeder kept the ear hair trimmed really well and messaged them every day.
