If you let him bite you at all, he will think it is OK. Try saying ouch or no bite but immediately move away from him.
Try to redirect the biting to a toy. If he bites again, do the same. You are saying if you do not play nice I am not playing.
If you will notice when two dogs play....and they get rough they yelp and then take a submissive stance, but you have to let this little guy know he is not going to be 3 years old, still biting at hands. Do not tease him with your hands or play rough with your hands....you have made your hand a toy. He will think it is a legitimate toy!! ;>)))
