Muffin is 4 and a half months old and he has really dry skin. A groomer suggested that I used this formula called "Dream Coat"

He has been scratching alot and I have noticed there is dried up blood all over. What kind of cream should I use on his head for now before I bring him to the vet to prevent his cut to worsen? I'm planning on going to the vet on Friday because I have no time tomorrow.
