Trixie had that problem but I just wouldn't give in but gave lots of treats and praise. Now at about 19 weeks I noticed a sudden change in her coat and it is so silky now. Just be patient with her and don't give in to her squirming. Even when you stop brushing still hold the same way but pet pet pet. Trixie still doesn't like her but done but has gotten LOTS better.
