Once you CROP...then you still have to SIZE a picture ....if you're trying to upload on this site - they need to be under the size limit...

Scroll to PixResizer……Download the program..it’s really small and very easy to install – Depending on the size of your image you just have to click ONE SIZE (USUALLY 50%) or 460 Pixels and it resizes it for you...
MOST PHOTO EDITING programs have built in crop & Size tools - these FREE ones I'm posting are for those who need a simpler program to use...
