 Anyone ever have to thin the hair?
Silk's coat is so beautiful and thick. She had just been groomed when I bought her so I haven't really done anything to her. I am thinking of doing her face. It was 'clean' when I got her and made her nose look longer so now she has a moustache down the side. not sure if I like that yet or not. Anyway, I was watching her running outside today with her long hair flowing in the wind and thinking how pretty she is. Then I thought about what thick hair she has and how hot it will be later this summer. Will she get to hot outside for say, thirty minutes at a time running and playing? Does it need to be thinned out. It is really thick. I can't thin it myself so I would have to take her to the groomer which I am afraid to do. She is so pretty, I am afraid they will mess her up.
