Collect a couple stools and have them checked at 5 to 6 weeks. If there are worms you can worm then..but if not, I do one worming at 8 weeks. If a breder has a worm problem in their kennel, they need a schedule fo worming..but if not one routine worming works.
If there is any chance of hooks, get them wormed asap.
