I can't answer you question I'm sorry, but I have another one that goes along with it. Do all dogs (little dogs) need this done, I know I read that one of the signs is that they will rub their bottom across the ground. Reagan doesn't do this or really show any signs of irritation for that matter, and I was wondering if all dogs need or done or is it just some.
