yep you are so right about meaning 50 different things.. im still asking what alot of them means as it seems new ones pop up on me everyday and im like oh boy.....whats that mean...hehehe soooo if i dont know im like you i either move on to the next post or i might ask if i really wanna know. if i have seen it again and again then i ask what it is..sometimes im glad i did others im not...hehehehe

I'll bet that a lot of you don't realize how many of us don't "text message," and more often than not, don't have a clue what some of you are talking about.
And - not often, but occasionally, some posts have so many abbreviations that I don't even attempt to figure them out -- I just go to the next post.
Anyway - that's the way I have to read posts - just skip the ones that I don't understand. ------ and, yes, of course, I am beginning to learn what some of them mean. E-mails and here are the only places I am ever exposed to this.
