Default The "beast" is pleading guilty to avoid serious fine

the "man" that did this evil deed, has gone to a weekly paper and LIED about his treatment of all 3 of his horses..
he now states he will plead guilty to "get it over with" and contends the aligations are all unfounded..
all anyone has to do is look at the hoof prints on the asphalt and see all 3 horses that hips stick out further than their stomach's..
had he gone before the judge he could have been court ordered to give up having animals...since the horses were not taken the saturday the incident occured, it has complicated the whole situation.
everyone in the little community where this occured seem outraged...yet the law say's their hands are tied due to state law!
it is a true tragedy that a evil deed like this can be "paid for" by a small fine....
