There is a box on the bottom to go to each month click the month then click the box that says reoccuring event and it will put up your text box. Put in the day of the Month twice where you see it there is also something that asks you how often the event occurs put click yearly. Put in a title and write what you want in the text box and then hit submit. I hope this makes sense I just did it and it was pretty easy.
