75 pixels is the size for non donating members...that is for the actual dimensions....For the size CAPACITY for uploading ...it has to be under 20KB's....this is where you could be having trouble.
You need to pay attention to TWO sizes....width and height - AND the actual size it takes up in your computer. You can see these by clicking "Properties" of each picture..
and yes - you can put them in emails - you can copy and paste them directly into an email. If you host the pic somewhere - Like photobucket - you can directly copy and paste.

V, I have no idea about the size, I think I made each picture 125 by 125,
but I'm not sure. I used the Paint Shop 7 you posted a long time ago, (Thanks Again
) And some how got into Animation. After yelling at the computer, and saying please work this time, about 100 times, it saved
I kind of have the hang of it, but today might be a different story, I'll have to see how nice my computer is to me today. I'll keep working on it, if I can do it anyone can, I've only been working on it for 7 months!
I want to see if I can do a step, by step, but hmmmmm I have a feeling it's going to be a dizzy one.
