i go to banfield and signed up for their wellness plan. it seemed like a good idea at the time. you sign up for a one year contract. i'm beginning to think that banfield is just too busy. when i left there were 6 or 7 pets waiting outside in the lobby. i couldn't even get a receptionist to reschedule because they were so busy. i'm going to have to call back for a rescheduled appointment.
