He probably doesn't care about losing his "manhood" but I can guarantee he is upset having to wear that darn collar....the collars scare them. I am not sure how big your guys is but we have great luck putting little boy underwear or onsies on them and they seemed to relax so much better. You just don't want them licking their incisions.
