hi, i am new to this forum as well. I was having BIG problems training my dog, punishing seemed to only make it worse. I was told to go back to crate training and only possitive reinforcement. It totally worked like a dream. We also work full time. when we are gone she is in the kennel. and when we are home we take her out on a leash to see forselves that she has done her jobs. sometimes when we would let our out she would not do her job, come in and 2 minutes later have an accident. Try to go back to basic training, trust me it really works.
