Now a contract has to be drawn up on this but there are some that do. I knew a lady that used to stud out her dog and that is how she would do it sometimes. She showed her dogs and was a well known breeder so I'm sure if she did others will. She no longer does yorkies anymore or I would give you her name. Also some breeders will also sign an agreement that if only one pup is born then they are to be paid a fee instead of getting a pup. You really just need to decide which route u want to go and ask.
